The Fine Print

Deposit Refunds
If you need to cancel, you must do so within 7 days of booking to receive your deposit back. After 7 days, all deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made within 7 days of your original appointment date. Late rescheduling requests will forfeit the deposit.
No-Shows
No-shows forfeit their deposit and will be permanently blocked from future bookings.
Artist's Right
The artist reserves the right to refuse any design that conflicts with their artistic vision or standards.
